The participants:
• analyze corporate real estate portfolios with regard to space, site, user and cost structures and derive organization-relevant optimization needs.
• evaluate CREM options for action (make-or-buy, site relocation, space strategy, rental/ownership policy) on the basis of strategic, financial and organizational criteria and make well-founded recommendations.
• develop integrated corporate real estate strategies that coherently link corporate objectives, workplace approaches, sustainability and organizational requirements.
• evaluate innovative CREM concepts and formulate strategic measures for the further development of the corporate property portfolio.
