The participants:
• analyze FM organizations, service delivery models and governance structures and assess their effectiveness with regard to corporate objectives, cost and service quality.
• develop strategic FM concepts and justify their effects on value creation, risks and resources.
• structure FM strategies along organizational, digital and sustainability-related requirements and argue their contribution to corporate performance.
• evaluate innovative business and service models and formulate recommendations for organizational development.
• design decision bases appropriate for the audience for top management and reflect on the interactions between FM, CREM, ESG and corporate strategy.
