The participants:
• analyze spatial, ergonomic and psychological factors influencing workplaces and assess their effects on health, productivity and user satisfaction.
• develop workplace-related concepts such as activity-based working or flexible workplace models and examine their organizational and human implications.
• identify the requirements of different user groups and derive from these evidence-based design recommendations for workplace and floor-area concepts.

- Human factors in work environments
- Flexible workplace models
- Space typologies and floor-area concepts
- User experiences and feedback processes for evaluating workplaces and their continuous optimization

- Change management in workplace transformations
