Prerequisites for the course

Course content

• Cultural theories and cross-cultural models (Hofstede, Trompenaars, etc.)
• In-depth engagement with cross-cultural management approaches and current research (GLOBE study, cultural intelligence, etc.)
• Analysis of the impact of cultural differences on strategic decisions, leadership and organizational culture
• Cross-cultural dynamics and challenges in virtual, globally distributed teams
• Conflict management in cross-cultural contexts
