Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• can design and implement expert interviews and group discussions.
• can explain and apply qualitative analysis techniques such as interpretive text analysis, hermeneutics or grounded theory.
• can create questionnaires based on theoretical concepts and generate a suitable survey design.
• can discuss the potential and limitations of qualitative procedures and relate them to quantitative methods.
• are able to assess the possibilities for combining qualitative and quantitative procedures and to implement them in practice.
