Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
• plan and carry out a multi-day study trip on their own responsibility.
• can understand a team's current content-related, structural and emotional issues from multiple perspectives and develop interdisciplinary solution approaches.
• can apply their finance, marketing and management knowledge to a practice-oriented assignment using and applying various tools.
• can use both their previously acquired specialist knowledge and their methodological knowledge to create a well-founded topic plan and, together with academic and business partners, organize and host talks and site visits on location.
• can critically reflect on their results and place them in a broader management context.

Prerequisites for the course

Course content

• Project management know-how (from kick-off to follow-up reporting)
• Research on a specific topic in a target destination
• Regular project documentation while adhering to specific timelines
• Coordination with other project team members
• Situation analysis and development of potential solution proposals and their presentation
