The participants:
• can apply the approaches, functions, methods and tools of project management
• can work, organize and form teams in a project-oriented way and lead them appropriately
• know tools and documentation standards
• can apply PM tools and standards
• know frameworks for project management
• know the basic communication, moderation and negotiation techniques as well as the most important leadership tools
• can use these tools in steering project teams and coordinating with stakeholders in a way that is appropriate for the situation and the employees
• can monitor project portfolios
