The participants:
• understand the basics of the digital economy
• know the relationships between strategy, business model, business process model and process and methods to develop them
• know the requirements and elements of a business plan and can evaluate it
• can develop business models suitable for identified framework conditions and transfer them into a business process model
• are able to develop a business plan based on this
