The participants:
• analyze sustainability related issues with a system’s thinkers lens.
• evaluate the impact of activities in SCEM on the planetary boundaries.
• consider the relationship between various aspects of sustainability (social justice, environmental carrying capacity, economic equality, technology use, participation) in their decision making as managers.
• apply methods of circular design to the development of their products and services.
• apply tools to strengthen their own and their stakeholders mental resilience in context of climate or collapse anxiety.
• design events, sport or cultural institutions so that they are greener or even regenerative.
• consider the psychology and sociology of sustainability in their management practices.
• identify and use regenerative forms of leadership and organizational design.
