The participants:
• systematically distinguish between the different phases of team building.
• identify prevailing problem structures and derive appropriate courses of action based on concrete case situations.
• are familiar with specific team roles, their implications, and their development across different team-building phases, and can derive suitable alternative actions.
• apply methods of experiential learning, reflection, and discursive exchange in a targeted manner.
• develop empathy, conflict management skills, as well as discussion, argumentation, and persuasion abilities.
• strengthen their sense of responsibility toward team members and themselves, including aspects of work-life management, and practice self-assertion.

The course combines learning through outdoor and indoor components with keynote speeches and reflection:
