The participants:
• can articulate, reflect on, and critically discuss issues that arise in connection with their Master's Thesis, and develop solutions.
• are able to clarify ambiguities together through constructive exchange and to shape learning processes in the spirit of mutual learning.
• are able to present the key content, lines of argumentation, and methodological decisions of their Master’s Thesis, and to systematically prepare for the oral defense of their thesis.

- Critical reflection and scholarly discussion of research-related issues within the context of the individual Master’s Thesis
- In-depth analysis and peer exchange on personal challenges encountered during the research process
- Facilitation of collaborative learning processes and reciprocal academic support throughout the development of the Master’s Thesis
- Preparation for the oral defense of the Master’s Thesis, including the presentation of key content, lines of argumentation, and methodological decisions
